Summary

Website Visitors

Like most website operators, HuntHelper collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. HuntHelper's purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how HuntHelper's visitors use its website. From time to time, HuntHelper may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.

HuntHelper also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users and email addresses for users sending email to the site. HuntHelper only discloses logged in user IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below.

Certain visitors to HuntHelper's websites choose to interact with HuntHelper in ways that require HuntHelper to gather additional personally-identifying information. Those who engage in transactions with HuntHelper - by purchasing a premium account, for example - are asked to provide additional information, including as necessary the personal and financial information required to process those transactions. In each case, HuntHelper collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor's interaction with HuntHelper.

Many functions of HuntHelper's service are accessed via email messages, and do not require visiting our website. By interacting with HuntHelper via email, visitors share their email address with HuntHelper. Some email clients are configured to send the user's name with the email. Some email services will include the IP address of the user's computer with the email.

Sharing of Personally-Identifying Information

HuntHelper does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. And visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain website-related and service-related activities.

For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.

In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located in a different jurisdiction than either you or us.
